RICE FLOUR - 1.5 CUP

firstly, add 1½ cup rice flour, ½ cup rava and ¾ tsp salt.

WATER - 4 CUP

pour 4 cup water and mix using a whisk

CORIANDER - 2 TBSP

further add 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, a few curry leaves and 1 tsp cumin.

WATERY BATTER 

mix well and rest for 20 minutes for rava to soak well. after 20 minutes, you can see the batter is watery. you can adjust the consistency by adding water if required.

HOT PAN

when the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.

ROAST - MEDIUM FLAME

spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.

PEANUT - 1/4 CUP

firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and roast ¼ cup peanut.

ROAST - LOW FLAME

roast until the peanuts turn crunchy.

DRIED RED CHILLI - 3

now add 3 dried red chilli, 2 clove garlic and ¼ cup roasted gram dal

GOLDEN & CRUNCHY

roast until the chill puffs up and turns golden brown.

COOL COMPLETELY

cool completely and transfer to the mixer jar.

TAMARIND - SMALL PIECE

add a small piece of tamarind, ½ tsp salt and ½ cup water.

SMOOTH PASTE

blend to smooth paste.

TEMPERING

transfer the chutney to the bowl and pour tempering.
