ONION  CHOPPED

now add 1 pack tastemaker, ½ tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp salt. saute until the spices turn aromatic

further, add 1 cup water and get the water to a boil

break 1 pack maggi noodles and mix well

MAIDA - HALF CUP

firstly, take the bread slice and trim off the sides

roll gently to a uniform thickness

now place a tbsp of maggi and fold

SEAL SIDES

seal the sides making sure there is no gap

READY TO FRY

now dip into corn flour slurry and then roll into breadcrumbs

DEEP FRY - HOT OIL

deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium

DRAIN OFF

stir occasionally, and fry on both sides until the puff turns golden brown. drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
