well, the leftover is always a pain to discard and we always wish to make something productive. leftover sandwich bread slices are even worse. we start our week with healthy sandwiches and by the time we reach the mid of the week, we need some tasty recipes and start avoiding these bread slices. it is inevitable and we always look for some innovative leftover bread recipes. out of all these bread snacks, bread samosa is a premium one. apart from matching the taste of traditional samosa, it is much easier to prepare. for a perfect samosa, most of the effort lies within the dough preparation. to make it crisp, it has to be tightly kneaded and deep-fried in a low flame. whereas in this bread recipe, all those hassles are removed and make it easy for almost everyone.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants to the bread samosa recipe. firstly, try to use square-shaped white sandwich bread slices for this recipe. it is easy to fold and shape and also makes a perfect cone triangle shape for an ideal samosa. secondly, i have applied breadcrumbs to make them more attractive, especially after deep frying them. yet it is not mandatory and can be skipped if you do not wish to and the bread coating is more than sufficient. lastly, for the stuffing, if you wish to you may add even grated cheese. if you are planning to add cheese ensure the seal are tightly sealed otherwise the cheese may ooze out.
