firstly, deep fry the papad in hot oil. i have used lijjat papad, you can use papad of your choice.

FRY BOTH SIDES

deep fry on both sides to make it crunchy. if you are diet conscious, then you can directly fry on flame or in the microwave.

TURNS CRISP

drain off over kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil

ASSEMBLING

firstly, take fried papad on a plate

TOMATO - 2TBSP

garnish with 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp sev

CHILLI POWDER 

also sprinkle chilli powder, chaat masala and 1 tbsp coriander

garnish with 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 tsp green chutney and 1 tsp tamarind chutney.

also top with 2 tbsp sev, 1 tbsp curd, pinch chaat masala, pinch chilli powder and 1 tbsp coriander

now grate 3 tbsp cheese and sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs
