- ½ cup condensed milk
- ½ cup coconut, shredded
- ½ tsp cardamom powder

- mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
- add ½ cup coconut, ½ tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
- continue to cook for 2 minutes or until the mixture turns creamy texture.
- cool completely, and transfer into molds.
- freeze for 8 hours or until the ice cream is set completely.
