paneer do pyaza recipe | paneer pyaza recipe | paneer 2 pyaza with step by step photo and video recipe. Indian paneer curry recipes are generally known for their rich and creamy taste and texture. it is because due to the fact that paneer playing the main or hero ingredient role with others taking the side and supporting role. however, there are some other paneer curry recipes like paneer do pyaza recipe where paneer and onions take equal roles and produce a balanced curry recipe.

well if you look at my blog and particularly with the paneer curry sections, you would agree with my point of the same paneer dominant curries. I guess you may get this feeling of the same monotonous paneer curries, at least I get that. on such occasions, I crave something different with a mild spice in it. it can’t be better than this onion loaded paneer curry. if you notice the name of this curry it has do pyaza which means 1:2 ratio of paneer to onions. this does not include the onions used to prepare the base with tomatoes. the onions are diced with each layer separated. basically, the paneer cubes and onion slices are separately sauteed and added to the gravy base to prepare this curry. I trust you would certainly love this curry and enjoy it with different types of bread and rice options.

furthermore, some more related additional tips, suggestions and variants to the paneer do pyaza recipe. firstly, I would heavily recommend using red or purple onions for this recipe as it is a perfectly balanced onion for this recipe. it is neither mild nor sharp in its taste and makes an ideal choice for this curry. secondly, the paneer cubes used for this recipe are homemade and are freshly prepared for this curry. this makes it moist and soft, thus absorbing the flavour from the curry base. lastly, if you feel this curry base or gravy is spicy, you may add cooking cream or even whipped yoghurt/curd once the curry is prepared. it makes it more creamy so watch the quantity you add to it.
