Paneer tikka sandwich recipe | paneer tikka grilled toast sandwich – street style with step-by-step photo and video recipe. Sandwich recipes have never been a native recipe of Indian cuisine, but have been widely appreciated for obvious reasons. Since its inception, it has evolved hugely and been tested, tried and experimented with many other Indian delicacies including spices and herbs. One such popular and innovative sandwich recipe is the paneer tikka sandwich recipe known for its unique combination of spices and flavours.

I personally prefer some simple and easy sandwich recipes for my daily morning breakfast or lite dinner. But I do get a craving for such innovative and exciting sandwich recipes. And paneer tikka sandwich has to be one of them for sure. However, preparing the tikka sauce and marinating the paneer cubes can be a tiring and overwhelming process. Therefore, I follow this simple trick. I marinate the paneer cubes in bulk and use them for various other recipes. You can prepare the curry, tikka starter, kathi roll and of course this sandwich too. You may marinate it and refrigerate it and use it only when you need it. As matter of fact, you can add other vegetables like mushrooms, potatoes or even meat and follow the same recipe steps.

Firstly, the bread slices used for these sandwich recipes are white plain flour-based bread. It can easily hold any shape as you toast it and is hence highly recommended for this sandwich recipe. Secondly, I have used a sandwich toaster for the authentic street style taste with some spicy sev toppings. Using a sandwich toaster is not important and you can use the simple sandwich grill for the same step. Lastly, because of the size of the toaster, I have specifically sliced the paneer cubes small in size. I would recommend the same so that it does ooze out when grilled.
