in addition some easy and important tips, suggestion and recommendations while preparing suji ka paratha recipe. firstly, in this recipe, i have used the combination of rava and wheat flour to attain the paratha texture and thickness. alternatively, you can just use rava to prepare it or can use maida/plain flour with the same quantity. secondly, while kneading the dough do not add water and prepare a soft dough. you do not need any water compared to preparing just wheat dough. lastly, to make it more flavorful, you can finely chopped onions directly to the dough. if you are planning to add onions, make sure to serve them immediately once cooked.
