RAVA - 1 CUP

firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup rava, ½ cup curd, 1 tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt

MIX WELL

mix well making sure everything is well combined

WATER - HALF CUP

now add ½ cup water and combine well.

ONION - HALF CHOPPED

add ½ carrot, ½ onion, 2 tbsp sweet corn, ½ capsicum and 1 tbsp coriander.

WELL COMBINED

mix well forming a thick batter.

REST - 10 MINUTES

rest for 10 minutes or until the rava absorbs wate

WATER - HALF CUP

further, add ¼ cup water and mix well forming a smooth batter

SANDWICH MAKER

now grease the sandwich maker with some butter.

ENO - HALF TSP

just before preparing a sandwich, add ½ tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently

FILL HALF

once the batter turns frothy, transfer a tbsp of batter to the sandwich maker

CHEESE SLICE

place a cheese slice. make sure the cheese slice is the size of the sandwich

COVER WITH BATTER

cover with the batter making sure it is uniformly covered

CLOSE TIGHT

now close the lid of the sandwich maker and press tight

OPEN CAREFULLY

grill until the sandwich turns golden brown and is cooked uniformly.

READY TO EAT

finally, enjoy no bread sandwich with tomato sauce.
