Ragi Milk Recipe | Healthy Ragi Juice 2 Ways Summer Drinks with step-by-step photo and video recipe. Summer has already begun across India, and the summer heat has reached its maximum capacity. We need many more ways to keep the body temperature cool with maximum health benefits. One such easy and simple, yet effective summer drink is the ragi milk recipe, known for its taste and refreshing properties.

As I was explaining, there are many ways a simple ragi milk or ragi juice can be prepared. In this post, I have shown 2 basic ways, one with whole ragi grain and the other with ragi flour. I feel using the ragi flour is much easier and simpler, yet using whole grains has its benefits. With the whole ragi grain, there is the additional step of soaking and grounding it to fine-paste. Some prefer this way as it can be an organic way with fresh grains. The flour may not be reliable and also may be adulterated. However, if you can source freshly ground flour from any local flour mill. Then using ragi flour can be a perfect choice. Do try this way and I am certain you will certainly enjoy it.

Furthermore, some more related and additional tips, suggestions, and variants to the ragi milk recipe. Firstly, in this recipe, I have used a combination of dry fruits and jaggery for the sweetness. While jaggery is healthy, yet it would be better if you could skip it completely. This makes it super healthy but can be better tasted with some sweetness. Secondly, avoid store-bought ragi flour as it may be preservative and adulteration. Unless you are certain that a specific brand is free from chemicals or organic ragi flour. Lastly, you may add Sabja seeds to any type of juice as it only helps to cool the body temperature.
