popsicle recipepopsicle recipe | fruit popsicles recipe | homemade ice pop recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. ice popsicles are heavily popular during summer season and there are hundreds or thousands of different flavours to be offered from ice candy shops or ice cream parlours. however nothing can beat the freshly prepared homemade ice pops using fruit juice, drinks, or any freezable beverage.

this is my first try with a popsicle recipe and i use to always prefer the indian creamy desserts like kulfi or falooda. however last week i came across this recipe and i thought this would a perfect recipe for summer season. also in this recipe there is no extra sugar added in the fruit juice which makes it completely healthy. also i have added coconut cream on top of the fruit juice ice which adds new twist and creamy flavour to this homemade ice pop recipe. note that i have added sugar to coconut cream and it can be completely ignored to make it sugar free.

furthermore this recipe is extremely simple, but few tips and variations to this recipe. firstly, any fruit juice or easily available beverage can be used to prepare flavoured popsicle. moreover even layered ice pop can be prepared with several fruit juice by adding one after the other by freezing them. secondly, if you do not have popsicle mould or holder, use any plastic cups and just insert a stick and deep freeze them. lastly, if you use any sour fruit juice like grape juice or kiwi than i would recommend to add 2-3 tsp of sugar to reduce the sourness.

finally i would request to check my other international recipes collection from my blog. this includes, chocolate milkshake, cold coffee, grape juice, fruit custard, oreo milkshake, masala milk and mango falooda recipe. in addition do visit my other recipe collection board like,

You have used “magic bullet” to juice the melon, have you been using this for a while, please can you share your experience with it to my email. Thank you in advance!

    • you are welcome Shri. Regarding Magic bullet it is good for juice and beldning. but not good for chutney and dosa and idli batter. I use normal indian mixer for these recipes.
