Dora Cake Recipe | No Bake, No Egg Birthday Doryaki Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup maida
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp nutella
Instructions
- Firstly, in a bowl place a sieve and add 1 cup maida, ½ cup powdered sugar, ¼ cup milk powder, ½ tsp baking soda and ¾ cup milk.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add ¾ cup milk and mix using the whisk to ensure no lumps.
- Further, add 2 tbsp honey and mix forming a smooth ribbon consistency batter.
- Grease the non-stick frying pan with oil and pour ¼ cup pancake batter over the medium-hot pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until the bubbles appear on the surface.
- Now flip it over and continue to cook until it is cooked through.
- Keep aside the pancake to cool completely.
- Once the pancake is cooled, spread Nutella or any chocolate spread.
- Cover with other pancakes and press gently.
- Finally, cut it in half and enjoy Dora Cake Recipe.
