POTATO - 2 BOILED

firstly, in a large bowl take 2 potato boiled & mashed potato

CORIANDER - 2 TBSP

add 1 chilli, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp coriander, ¼ cup cornflour and ½ tsp salt.

ALOO MIXTURE - READY

mix well making sure everything is well combined

PANEER - 1.25 CUP

now in another bowl take 1¼ cup paneer.

CHILLI POWDER 

add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chaat masala.

CORIANDER - 2 TBSP

also, add 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint and ¼ tsp salt.

MIX WELL

mix well making sure everything is well combined. paneer stuffing is ready.

ALOO MIXTURE

grease your hand with oil and pinch a ball sized aloo mixture.

FLATTEN SLIGHTLY

flatten slightly making sure there is enough space

PANEER STUFFING

now place a small ball sized prepared paneer stuffing in the centre.

STUFF WELL

wrap and seal the stuffing well.

FLATTEN SLIGHTLY

now flatten slightly forming tikki.

HOT OIL

heat oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame

FLIP OVER

flip over once the base turns golden brown.

GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP

fry both sides until it turns golden brown and crisp.

READY TO EAT

finally, enjoy aloo paneer tikki with tomato sauce and green chutney.
