CLOTH

firstly, in a large bowl place a sieve and a cloth.

CURD - 2 CUP

add in 2 cup curd and tie tight.

REFRIGERATE - 2 HOURS

keep it in the fridge for 2 hours or until the water dips out completel

HUNG CURD

now take the hung curd into a large bowl.

CONDENSED MILK - 1 CUP

add 1 cup condensed milk and mix well.

SILKY SMOOTH

mix well using a whisk until the curd and condensed milk is well combined.

SAFFRON MILK - 2 TBSP

now add ¼ tsp cardamom powder and 2 tbsp saffron milk.

COMBINED WELL

mix well making sure everything is well combined.

BRUSH BUTTER  

grease the small bowl with butter.

TRANSFER

pour in prepared curd condensed milk into a bowl.

DRY FRUITS

top with chopped nuts. you can use nuts of your choice.

COVER

cover with an aluminium foil.

STEAM - 20 MINUTES

place in a steamer and steam for 20 minutes.

SET COMPLETELY

after 20 minutes, it sets well

THICK & CREAMY

cool completely and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

finally, enjoy bhapa doi garnished with more nuts.
