BREAD - 5 SLICE

firstly, cut 5 slices of bread and transfer to the mix.

BREAD CRUMBS

pulse and grind until the breadcrumbs are formed.

BREADCRUMBS

transfer the bread crumbs into a large bowl

POTATO - 3 BOILED

add 3 potato, ½ onion, 1 carrot, 2 chilli, ½ tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ tsp salt.

MIX WELL

squeeze and mix well making sure everything is well combined.

NON STICKY DOUGH

form a soft dough

ROUND SHAPE

now pinch a ball sized mixture and shape to a round shape

DEEP FRY - HOT OIL

deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium.

GOLDEN BROWN

stir occasionally, until the vada turns golden brown and crisp

DRAIN OFF

drain off making sure to remove excess oil. keep aside.

CURD - 2 CUP

firstly, in a bowl take 2 cup curd, 2 tbsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt.

SMOOTH CONSISTENCY

mix well forming a smooth and silky consistency curd. keep aside

SWEETENED CURD

firstly, place the prepared dahi vada on the plate. top with a generous amount of curd

GREEN CHUTNEY

then pour green chutney and tamarind

CHILLI POWDER

also sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder and chaat masala.

BOONDI

now garnish with boondi and coriander leaves.
