ALMOND - HALF CUP

firstly, in a bowl soak ½ cup almond for at least 4 hours. soaking almonds helps in easier digestion.

DRAIN WATER

now drain off the water and transfer it to the mixer jar.

DATES - 1

add 1 dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp salt and 2 cup water.

GRIND

blend to smooth paste.

now extract the milk by squeezing the milk from almonds.

BANANA - CUT SIDES

firstly, in a large saucepan take 3 cup water, 1 banana, ½ inch cinnamon  and 3 pods of cardamom. make sure to cut the sides of banana

BOIL - 5 MINUTES

boil for 5 minutes or until the banana softens and flavours are infused.

READY TO DRINK

finally, enjoy banana tea before going to bed as it acts as a relaxing tea. you can also eat the boiled banana or use to make a pancake.

MILK - 2 CUP

firstly, in a saucepan take 2 cup milk.

TURMERIC - 1/4 TSP

add ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ inch ginger and ½ inch cinnamon.

STIR & BOIL

stir and get to a boil. make sure to add pepper along with turmeric, as it helps to absorb curcumin from turmeric.

COCONUT OIL - 1/4 TSP

once the milk comes to a boil, add ½ tsp coconut oil and mix well.  coconut oil, will help in digestion and also be light to the body.

finally, filter out and enjoy turmeric milk or golden milk as it is a healing drink.

add by grating ½ tsp jaiphal, 2 inch cinnamon and 3 pods cardamom
