Ingredients
  

For boiling sweet corn:

  • 4 cup sweet corn
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water, for boiling

For butter corn chaat:

  • 2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 tsp butter
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

For masala corn chaat:

  • 2 cup sweet corn
  • ½ tsp butter
  • pinch salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp kala namak
  • 2 tbsp carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, in a vessel, get the water to a boil. Add 4 cups of sweet corn; you can use either fresh or frozen sweet corn, the boiling time will change accordingly.

  • Drain off and keep aside.
