milkshake recipe is very common recipes especially in urban within the younger generation. there are a myriad option with the milkshake and is generally available from a street vendor to posh fine dining restaurants. my all time favourite milkshake is a chocolate milkshake, but during the summer season, it has to be mango shake from fresh alphonso mangoes. here in australia, the season for mangoes is quite different as compared to india. also, i do not get any indian flavoured mangoes and hence, most of the time i end up using mango pulp or frozen mangoes. however for this recipe, i have used honey gold sweet mangoes, perhaps native to australia but i would recommend using alphonoso, badami or raspuri mangoes.

furthermore, the recipe hardly takes few minutes to prepare, yet few tips & recommendations for mango milkshake recipe. firstly, i have added 1 tbsp sugar while blending the mango shake. but if you are using sour mangoes then i would suggest you increase more. secondly, if you like to have thick milkshake then add more mangoes and less milk. but if you like a thin milkshake then add more milk while blending. lastly, i would not recommend adding ice cubes to make it thick. i have added 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream which should be a better option compared to ice cubes.
