Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • ¼ cup gond / edible gum
  • ½ cup badam
  • ½ cup walnut
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 5 dry khajoor, pitted
  • ½ cup sun flower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp fennel
  • 1 cup makhana
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup rava / semolina / suji, coarse
  • ½ cup dry coconut
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup roasted chana dal
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • firstly, in a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry ¼ cup gond.
  • fry on low flame until the gond puffs up. keep aside.
  • in the same ghee, add ½ cup badam, ½ cup walnut, ½ cup pistachios, and 5 dry khajoor.
  • roast on low flame until the nuts turn crunchy. keep aside.
  • further in the pan take ½ cup sunflower seeds, ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ½ cup flaxseeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp poppy seeds, and 2 tbsp fennel.
  • roast until the nuts turn crunchy.
  • transfer to the plate and keep aside.
  • also, roast 1 cup makhana until it turns crunchy.
  • cool completely, making sure all the nuts and seeds are cooled.
  • transfer to the mixer jar and pulse to a coarse powder. keep aside.
  • in a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee and add 1 cup rava.
  • roast the rava on low flame until the rava turns golden brown and aromatic.
  • further, add ½ cup dry coconut and ½ cup raisins.
  • roast until the coconut turns golden brown. keep aside.
  • in a large kadai, take 1 cup jaggery and ½ cup water.
  • stir and dissolve the jaggery completely. continue to boil until the 1 string jaggery syrup is attained.
  • further add roasted rava, powdered nuts, ½ cup roasted chana dal, and ½ tsp cardamom powder.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, enjoy 1 tbsp of nuts mixture every day to cure back pain problems.
