in this post, i have shown 4 basic and easy ways to prepare homemade breadcrumbs, but there are myriad ways to prepare. the first one is the basic one made with leftover toast bread slices. i have powdered them first and then dry roasted until it is crisp. this is very close to the panko bread variations and my personal recommendations out of all. the second one is made with rusk. the best part of this method is it is easy and quick to make. the third option is corn flakes. it is perhaps one of the crispiest of all the options but has the disadvantage. the snack made out of this may turn tasteless as you may not be able to add any seasoning to the breadcrumbs. the last option is dry noodles. this is good to make any indo chinese or street food. but comes with the disadvantage of wasting the maggi noodles and leaving just the spice mix.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions and variations to the homemade bread crumbs recipe. firstly, with the bread option try to use toast bread slices and avoid using sandwich bread slices. toast bread would turn crispier and flaky compared to the latter one. secondly, with risk, you need to be careful while choosing it. some rusk may be flavoured and you may not want to use it, especially a sweet rusk. lastly, if you are planning to use corn flakes, make sure to make the snack bit spicier or chatpata. this would help to balance out the final taste of the snack. also, with maggi noodles, any leftover maggi tastemaker you can use for curries or toppings for other snacks.
