Ingredients
  

for soup:

  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 5 beans, finely chopped
  • ยฝ capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp peas / matar
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 4 cup water
  • ยพ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ยฝ tsp mixed herbs
  • ยฝ tsp chilli flakes
  • ยฝ tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped

for slurry:

  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • ยผ cup water

Instructions
 

  • firstly, in a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic,ย 1 inch ginger and 2 tbsp spring onion.
  • addย 1 carrot, 5 beans, ยฝ capsicum and stir fry for a minute.
  • also addย 2 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp peas, 2 tbsp sweet corn and saute slightly.
  • now addย 4 cup water and ยพ tsp salt. mix well.
  • cover and boil for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked well.
  • further in a small bowl take 1 tsp corn flour and ยผ cup water.
  • mix well making sure there are no lumps.
  • pour the corn flour slurry and boil for 3-4 minutes or until soup thickens.
  • addย 1 tbsp vinegar, ยฝ tsp mixed herbs, ยฝ tsp chilli flakes and ยฝ tsp pepper powder.
  • mix well making sure the spices are well combined.
  • finally, top withย 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy vegetable soup.

  1. Firstly, heat 3 tsp oil in a large kadai and saute three cloves garlic, one inch ginger, and two tbsp spring onion.
  2. Add one carrot, five beans, and ยฝ capsicum and stir fry for a minute.
  3. Also, add 2 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp peas, and 2 tbsp sweet corn and saute slightly.
  4. Now add 4 cup water and ยพ tsp salt. mix well.
  5. cover and boil for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked well.
  6. Further, in a small bowl take 1 tsp corn flour and ยผ cup water.
  7. mix well making sure there are no lumps.
  8. pour the corn flour slurry and boil for 3-4 minutes or until soup thickens.
  9. addย 1 tbsp vinegar, ยฝ tsp mixed herbs, ยฝ tsp chilli flakes and ยฝ tsp pepper powder.
  10. mix well making sure the spices are well combined.
  11. Finally, top with 2 tbsp spring onion and enjoy veg soup.
