REMOVE SEEDS

firstly, peel the skin of lauki and cut it into pieces. make sure to remove the seeds as well.

BLEND

blend the bottle gourd into a smooth paste.

LAUKI PASTE - 1.5 CUP

transfer the bottle gourd paste into a large bowl

RICE FLOUR - 1.5 CUP

add 1½ cup rice flour, ½ cup rava and ¾ tsp salt.

WATER - 4 CUP

pour 4 cup water and mix using a whisk.

ONION - 1 CHOPPED

1. further add 1 onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 chilli, 1 tsp cumin and 2 tbsp coriander

REST - 10 MINUTES

mix well and rest for 10 minutes for rava to soak well.

BATTER - AFTER 10 MIN

after 10 minutes, you can see the batter is watery. you can adjust the consistency by adding water if required.

POUR BATTER

when the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.

OIL - 1 TSP

spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
