firstly, in a large vessel take water, 1 tsp salt and get to a boil
now add 1 pack hakka noodle and boil for 2 minutes. refer to the package instructions to know the cooking time.
once the noodles cook to al dente, then drain off.
rinse with cold water to stop further cooking.
add 1 tsp oil and mix well. this prevents from noodles sticking to each other.
firstly, in a small bowl take 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar.
also add ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
firstly, in a large wok heat 2 tbsp oil add 3 clove garlic, 2 inch ginger, 2 tbsp spring onion and 1 chilli.
stir fry on high flame
now add ½ onion and cook slightly without browning the onions.
further add ½ carrot, ½ capsicum, 5 beans and stir fry making sure the vegetables are crunchy.
add in boiled noodles, prepared sauce mix and ¼ cup cabbage.
mix well combining everything well.
also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and give a final mix.
finally, enjoy desi chinese noodles when it is still hot.
