in a blender take, 3 tbsp coriander, 3 tbsp mint, 1 inch ginger and 1 chilli.

BLEND - SMOOTH

blend to smooth paste adding water as required

mix 2 tbsp of prepared green paste with 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise

firstly, take 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise and add 2 tbsp chilli sauce.

also add 1 tsp garlic and ½ tsp chilli flakes. mix well

also add ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp kasuri methi and ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste.
