OIL - 2 TBSP

firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. mix well.

WATER - 1 CUP

add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough

REST - 20 MINUTES

knead for at least 5 minutes and rest the dough for 20 minutes.

WHEAT FLOUR - DUST

now pinch a ball sized dough and dust with wheat flour.

ROLL GENTLY

roll gently to medium thickness.

CHILLI POWDER

sprinkle little ghee, cumin, dried pudina, chilli powder and salt.

SPREAD UNIFORMLY

mix and spread uniformly making sure all the spices are well combined.

SPREAD MASALA

now fold half and spread the spices left on fingers.

FOLD TRIANGLE

fold triangle and press gently without putting much pressure

ROLL GENTLY

dust with wheat flour and start to roll gently.

TRIANGLE PARATHA

roll to triangle paratha or shape of your choice.

HOT TAWA

now on a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute

FLIP OVER

furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the namak mirch paratha.

GHEE - HALF TSP

also, spread ½ tsp oil / ghee and press slightly both the sides

ROAST UNIFORMLY

flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly.

READY TO EAT

finally, serve namak mirch paratha with raita and pickle.
