in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and saute 2 tbsp coriander until it turns aromatic.

PAV BHAJI MASALA
add 1 tbsp butter and saute ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala until it turns aromatic.
