homemade besan flour preparation:

  • firstly, dry roast the chana dal on medium flame for 3-5 minutes or until it dries out completely.
  • transfer to a large plate and allow it to cool.
  • blend to a fine powder.
  • sieve the flour with fine sieve.
  • finally, homemade gram flour or besan recipe is ready.

homemade maida from wheat flour:

  • firstly, tie a fine cloth to a large bowl.
  • sieve wheat flour slowly. you can use a spoon or spatula to press the flour.
  • discard the coarse flour as maida is refined flour for wheat flour.
  • finally, homemade maida or plain flour recipe is ready.
