- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup maida
- 2 tbsp custard powder

- firstly, in a pan take ½ cup sugar.
- stir and cook on low flame until the sugar melts.
- keep stirring until the sugar turns golden brown and is caramelized.
- place banana slices over the pan.
- now prepare the cake batter, in a mixer jar take 1 cup milk, ½ cup oil, 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ½ cup sugar, ¾ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 cup maida, and 2 tbsp custard powder.
- pulse and grind to form a cake batter.
- pour the cake batter over the banana slices in the pan.
- cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
