i use to prepare sooji toast recipe daily during my college days, however after marriage i had completely forgot about this recipe. to be honest, i got request for this recipe and i realised that i had missed this in my blog and more importantly in my daily breakfast menu. further, i use to improvise suji toast as sandwich recipes by placing aloo tikki’s in between 2 bread rava toast. even the veg cutlet or onion pakoda’s taste great in the place of aloo tikki’s.
furthermore, some important tips and suggestions for a perfect rava toast recipe. firstly, i have used normal white bread or sandwich bread slices for this recipe. you can use brown bread or even multi grain bread for bread rava toast. secondly, the addition of veggies is open ended and sweet corn, beetroot, cucumber and even shredded lettuce can be added. lastly, do not apply the prepared rava batter on both sides, otherwise the bread may turn soggy.
