i personally do not prefer to have any dish with spice level above medium, but i have special interest for this recipe. i love this spicy condiment when served with crispy french fries or wedges or any crisp deep-fried snack. a small dip of green chilli and generous dip of eggless mayonnaise makes any snack lip smacking. generally, i do not make these and i end up buying from the store, but i was having some leftover green chillies from my previous post mirchi bada. hence i thought of sharing this chilli sauce with a video and i hope you may like it. moreover, in this recipe, i have tried to control the spice level but still, i would recommend to keep it away from toddler and kids.
furthermore, i would like to add few tips, suggestions and variations to the spicy and hot green chili sauce recipe. firstly, i have used less spicy jalapeno for this recipe so that i can control the spice. having said that you can use any type of green chillies for this recipe. but keep in mind the spice level before you use it. secondly, you can also control the spice level by deseeding the green chillies. i have left the seeds as it is in this recipe but it is completely optional. lastly, i have added vinegar for sourness and also for a better shelf life of the recipe. alternatively, you can also add lemon juice which should have the same effect.
