furthermore, i would like to add some more additional tips, suggestions and variations to instant dosa mix recipe. firstly, i have added baking soda which may be an issue for some and hence can be replaced wit eno fruit salt. these fermenting agents are essential as we are skipping the natural fermentation process with the instant method. secondly, i have not attempted the natural fermentation process, but i am confident that if you leave the batter overnight it should ferment naturally. if you attempt this, then avoid adding baking soda as it is not required. lastly, in this mix, i have added poha which absorbs water quickly. hence, you may need to add more water once the batter is prepared and rested for a while.

finally, i request you to check my other breakfast recipes collection with this post of instant dosa mix recipe. it mainly includes my other related recipes like methi ka nashta, chilli garlic breadsticks, no bread sandwich, aloo aur besan ka nasta, chutney s without coconut for idli & dosa, bombay sandwich, moong dal puri, cucumber idli, paneer toast, poori. further to these i would also like to add some more additional recipe categories like,
