aloo aur besan ka nasta recipe | aloo besan snacks | potato chickpea pancake recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. one of the major challenges for most of us is to decide what do we prepare for morning breakfast. the requirements are very clear – it has to be healthy, tasty and more importantly should not take much time to prepare. one such easy and simple snack recipe is aloo aur besan ka nasta recipe, known for its taste, flavour and filling nature.

i have posted a lot of recipes on the vegetarian omelette version using basic veggies and ingredients. this was super liked my most of my readers and hence i thought of continuing the same tradition and post a simple and healthy chickpea and potato-based omelette like a recipe. my previous attempts with a similar way of cooking and presenting were with moong dal and semolina. hence this time i thought of using besan or chickpea flour with boiled potato grate. with texture and consistency, it is similar to gujurati dhokla, but with the seasoning and potato grate, it offers different taste and flavour. i personally make this with leftover dhokla batter and make it for my evening lite snacks. especially the when served with spicy green chutney or with tomato ketchup, it tastes pure heaven. do let us know if you had a similar experience with this recipe?
