It is healthy compared to the traditional pasta recipe which may use plain flour and wheat flour and can be hard to digest. This recipe is an ideal lunch box or perhaps a kid’s tiffin box recipe and can be prepared without buying pasta kernels from the shop.

Furthermore, some more important tips, suggestions, and variations to the suji pasta recipe. Firstly, I have prepared and cooked these sooji pasta kernels by steaming them in a steamer. This makes it wet and not dry and hence the pasta has to be used immediately. You may refrigerate it and use it the next day, but not beyond that. Secondly, the pasta sauce used is homemade and prepared by mixing basic tomato and chilli sauce. However, to make it fancy, you may use any store-bought pasta sauce. Lastly, once the pasta is prepared it is best served immediately without resting. Once it is rested, the pasta kernels may absorb moisture and may turn thick and hard.
