gobi manchurian dry recipe | gobi manchuria recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. gobi manchurian is a indo chineese cuisine dish with gobi deep fried in oil and than prepared with tomato and soya sauce. gobi manchurian is a famous indian street food served in most of the popular or tourist destinations.

i personally love gobi manchurian or any other indo chineese cuisine and indian street food. i still remember my school days, when my dad use to bring those crunchy and sweet gobi manchurian from our near by local street hotel. the main reason i use to love it because this gobi manchurian was prepared by maggie hot and sweet sauce.

probably, out of all indo chineese cuisine, gobi manchurian is the most popular dish in india. though it is known as indo chineese cuisine, this dish is not prepared and served in china, however. i think this cuisine was started in north eastern part of india which has some chineese influence. whatever, the origin of this cuisine, but it is very popular not just india, but all over the world.

you can also serve this dry gobi manchurian as a snack or as a side dish with veg fried rice or mushroom fried rice etc. if you are looking for more snacks recipe then do check sweet potato pakoda fritters recipebread pakoda, medu vada, goli baje, sajjige vada, onion pakoda recipe.
