i have posted quite a few snacks recipes till now, but i keep getting this request for something healthy, filling and a tasty snack. well, most of my snack posts are deep-fried or may have excess calories, but i have posted quite a few healthy ones too. continuing the tradition, today i am posting another healthy evening snack recipe made with wheat flour and simple onion stuffing. the recipe is very similar to any vegetable paratha recipe, but there is a twist to it. this recipe does not include the complicated process of twisting and stuffing like the traditional paratha. the dough is rolled to thin with stuffing placed on top of it and then folded like a pastry to form thick sheets of stuffing. therefore this stuffed nasta can even be prepared by an amateur or a rookie without any issues. hence i would heavily recommend giving it a try if you run out of options for your next lunch and dinner.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions, and variants to the aate ka nasta recipe. firstly, this recipe is mainly made with wheat flour or aata. but this can also be made with a combination of wheat flour and plain flour or with just plain flour. if you make it with plain flour, it would taste better compared to wheat flour. secondly, you may easily vary or experiment with the stuffing as per your choice. i liked the simple onion and herb stuffing, but you may choose aloo, gobi, or any other stuffing. lastly, you may also add a cheese grate on top of onion herbs for stuffing. if you add cheese it would be very similar to gozleme recipe.
