to be honest, i am a huge fan of traditional dosa recipes made with rice and urad dal. in a month i end up making dosa for a minimum of 10-15 days. i generally make a large amount of multipurpose batter and use it for different dosa’s. having said that my current location is more of a dry and cold place. hence the fermentation can be tricky and i have to use the preheated oven or even keeping it in sunlight. hence i always keep myself handy with some instant dosa recipe which typically does not need such process. oats dosa and rava dosa recipes are one such simple and easy breakfast dish which can be made in minutes. also the dish is fully loaded and generally does not need any extra side dish.
