Ingredients
- 2 tbsp carrot, chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato, chopped
- 2 tbsp paneer, chopped
- 2 tbsp boiled potato, chopped
- 1 tsp schezwan chutney
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated
- bread slices
- butter, for toasting
- schezwan chutney, for spreading
Instructions
- Firstly, in a bowl take 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp paneer, 2 tbsp boiled potato.
- Add 1 tsp schezwan chutney, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp mixed herbs, and 3 tbsp cheese.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- Now take 2 bread slices and spread butter.
- Also, spread schezwan chutney over the bread.
- Place cheese slices and stuff in the prepared stuffing.
- Place another cheese slice and cover with the bread.
- Toast on a pan by applying butter.
- Flip over once the bottom is golden brown.
- Now spread schezwan sauce, and top with stuffing and cheese.
- Also, top with mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
- Cover and cook until the cheese melts.
