ALOO - 3 BOILED 

firstly, in a large bowl take 3 aloo, ½ tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder

CORIANDER - 2 TBSP

also add ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander

 MIX WELL

mix well, aloo stuffing is ready. keep aside

BESAN - 2 CUP

firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup besan, 3 tbsp rice flour

CHILLI POWDER

add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt.

WATER - 1.25 CUP

further, add 1¼ cup water and prepare a thick lump free batter.

THICK SMOOTH BATTER

finally, besan batter is ready to prepare pakoda. keep aside.

SPREAD UNIFORMLY

firstly, spread 1 tsp of green chutney on 2 slices of bread

also spread 2 tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing uniformly

PANEER - 1 THICK SLICE

now place 1 thick slice of paneer.

cover with other bread slice and cut half

DIP IN BESAN BATTER

further, dip the stuffed bread in besan batter coating uniformly

DEEP FRY - HOT OIL

deep fry in oil, keeping the flame on medium

FRY - MEDIUM FLAME

flip over and fry both sides until the pakora turns golden brown and crisp
