  • ¾ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

for mix veg salad:

  • 2 onion, sliced
  • ½ carrot, juliene
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • ½ capsicum, chopped
  • ¾ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • rest in cold water for 10 minutes. this helps to reduce the spiciness of onion.
