OIL - HALF CUP
firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup milk, ½ cup oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and ½ cup sugar
whisk and mix until sugar dissolves completely.
COCOA POWDER - 1/4 CUP
now add ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1 cup maida, ¾ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ¼ tsp salt
mix gently using the cut and fold method.
SILKY CAKE BATTER
make sure to break the lumps and prepare a smooth lump-free batter
OIL - BRUSH
further, to prepare the cake in appe pan, make sure to grease the pan really well
FILL IN MOULDS
pour the cake batter into the moulds
now place a small piece of dark chocolate in the centre
cover the chocolate piece with cake batter
tap the appe pan twice to remove air pockets if present
now place on flame keeping the flame on very low. cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until the cake is cooked completely.
after 10 minutes, open the lid and check if the cake is cooked.

finally, enjoy mini choco lava cake with ice cream or whipped cream.
