tomlettomlet recipe | tomato dosa recipe with step by step photo recipe. tomato dosa is popularly called as ‘tomlet’ in udupi. it is mixed combination of tangy, spicy and yummy. why not try something new with the same old dosa’s batter?? certainly you should must try this recipe. this is very easy recipe if you have dosa batter handy and ready.

you can prepare tomlet, if you have dosa batter left out at home. suppose you do not have dosa batter at home, then you can skip dosa batter and add more amount of besan to the mix. i refer this recipe as eggless omelette recipe. personally i prefer the first one with dosa batter. the second option with besan is good but it turns to be too soft.

before jumping into the recipe, i would like to highlight paneer sandwich recipe. if you like dosas then have a look at my dosa collection like oats dosa rava dosamysore masala dosadosa, plain dosaneer dosa etc.
