in this post i have tried to capture 3 popular kadha drink recipes. however, i believe each region and state of india has its own variations with a different set of ingredients to match its demographic. with this post, i have tried to capture 3 most popular and effective recipes. first one is turmeric ginger drink, where i have prepared ginger spice mix freshly and boiled with a hint of turmeric. we all the know the health benefits of turmeric, but when combined with other spices it doubles. the second one is ginger tulsi drink, where i have used fresh tulsi leaves boiled with the spices and ginger. to develop this recipe, i have followed the instructions from the ayush mantralaya kadha. this drink not only helps to improve immunity but also helps to improve your skin. the third one is the fresh mint drink. in this have prepared the fresh spice mix, by crushing fresh mint leaves and spice. later it is boiled with water to get a fresh and aromatic drink.

furthermore, i would like to add some more tips, suggestions and variations to immunity booster drink recipes. firstly with the ginger and turmeric tea, i have used turmeric powder, but you can also use fresh turmeric pods. the reason i choose turmeric powder as it is more common in our kitchen. secondly, the spice mix like clove, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, can be crushed once and stored in a container. basically you can use this mix in all 3 drinks highlighted in this post. lastly, due to the spice mix, you may feel a bit strong and spicy. hence i have added jaggery or honey to lower the spice temperature and also for the sweetness. you may increase or decrease it based on your taste preference.

finally, i request you to check my other beverage recipes collection with this post of immunity booster drink recipes. it includes my other detailed and helpful drinks like aam panna, mango frooti, jal jeera, mango lassi, avocado smoothie, dalgona coffee, kashaya, turmeric milk, cold coffee, thandai. further to these i would also like to mention my other related categories like,
