BESAN - 1.5 CUP

firstly, in a large bowl take 1.5 cup besan, ¼ cup rava and ¼ cup rice flour.

CHILLI POWDER

1. add ½ tsp ajwain, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, and ¾ tsp salt.

MIX WELL

mix well making sure everything is well combined.

WATER - 2 CUP

now add 2 cup of water and mix well.

BREAK LUMPS

whisk and mix making sure there are no lumps

WATER - AS REQUIRED

now add water as required to forming watery consistency batter as of neer dosa batter

OIL - 2 TSP

on a pan add 2 tsp oil and spread uniformly

POUR BATTER

when the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.

FLIP OVER

allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp

ROAST UNIFORMLY

now flip over and roast until it turns golden brown and crisp
