RAVA - 1 CUP

firstly, in a small mixi take 1 cup rava and ¾ cup poha

RAVA POHA POWDER

blend to a fine powder without adding any water

CURD - HALF CUP

now add ½ cup curd, 2 tsp sugar, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup water

NO LUMPS

whisk and mix well until there are no lumps

WATER - 1 CUP

now add 1 cup water and mix well

FLOWING CONSISTENCY

mix until a smooth flowing consistency batter is formed

ENO - HALF TSP

now add ½ tsp eno and mix gently

HOT TAWA

once the batter turns frothy, immediately pour over the hot tawa

COOK - 1 MINUTE

keep the flame on medium and cook until the top of appam is cooked completely

READY TO EAT

finally, enjoy instant rava appam with coconut chutney
