murmura ka healthy nastha recipe 3 ways | bhel breakfast or snack meal with step by step photo and video recipe. traditionally, the murmura or bhel is typically used for street food or chaat recipes. however, due to the popularity of bhel recipes, it can also be used for different types of meals across the day. one such extremely simple and healthy breakfast or snack meal recipe is the murmura ka healthy nastha prepared in 3 types, i.e appe, roastie & idli recipe.

well, we all agree that bhel and its related recipes are the ideal sources for weight loss. but it can be monotonous, especially if you start consuming it with same types of snack or chaat recipes. considering this situation, i generally try to make something innovative out of the same hero ingredient. continuing the same tradition, i am posting this innovative recipe of murmura ka nastha in 3 ways. basically using the murmura powder as a base i have prepared appe or appam, roastie and rava idli lookalike soft idli. these are an ideal contender for morning breakfast, but not limited to it. it can be an ideal tiffin snack meal for kids or even a lite dinner with a spicy chutney or dips. do try this meal, and let me know your thoughts on its simplicity and taste.

Murmura ka Nastha Recipe in addition, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants to the murmura ka healthy nastha. firstly, for this recipe i have used the combination of finely powdered murmura and sooji rava used for upma. rava helps to hold the shape of the dish, but it can also be replaced/extended by fine powdered rice flour. this should help to hold its shape. secondly, my personal recommendation as sides for this recipe is simple coriander and mint flavoured chutney. but you may also relish these snacks with schezwan chutney, chilli chutney or green chutney. lastly, i have added finely chopped vegetables as toppings and it is optional or even extended with any type of vegetables.
