well, to be honest, there is no rocket science in preparing a simple popcorn recipe. basically, when the corn kernels are heated with butter in a particular piece of equipment, it pops out to become popped corn. but traditionally it is made outside movie theatres with a designated vending machine to pop the corn kernels. i guess most of them still believe that popcorn can only be done with those machines. but trust me, it can also be made with a simple kadai on top of a gas cooktop. you do not have any sophisticated machine for it. moreover, with the same kadai you can also prepare different types of flavoured popcorn too. with this post, i have also showcased, 2 more additional flavours like caramel and desi masala flavour. these 2 additional should also excite you and your family.

finally, i request you to check my other related snacks recipes collection with this post of popcorn recipe in kadai – 3 ways. it mainly includes my other recipe variants like, aloo puff, suji ki khandvi, potato toffee samosa, ulta vada pav, aate ka nasta, aloo laccha pakora, gobi pepper fry, potato murukku, crispy veg starter, macaroni kurkure. further to these i would also like to mention my other related recipe categories like,
