suji ki khandvi recipe | masaledar lehsuni suji rolls | rava roll breakfast recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. rava or semolina takes a significant role in indian cuisine. it is generally used for simple morning breakfast recipes but also used for simple and healthy dessert recipes too. this recipe is yet another healthy breakfast recipe where rava based dough is used to prepare pinwheel rolls with additional garlic chutney topping.

i have already prepared many types of sooji rolls in my blog, but this is a different and innovative recipe. it has all the features of a besan khandvi like shape and appearance but tastes completely different. moreover, with the addition of dry lehsuni chatni powder, the taste level goes to another level. in addition, the final step of tempering with mustard and coriander leaves is cherry on top. you may skip this step of tempering, but i would recommend getting the full taste of this recipe. in addition to the garlic chutney topping, you may also prepare a simple coconut chatni as a side or a dip, but honestly, you do not need any other side to this. hence, i would recommend you to try this recipe once and serve it to your family and let me know your thoughts by dropping a comment on this post.

furthermore, some more additional tips, suggestions and variants to the suji ki khandvi recipe. firstly, the ideal semolina or rava for this recipe is bombay rava or medium rava. it is the same rava used for upma or rava dosa so avoid using bansi rava. secondly, if you have noticed the recipe is slightly different from its besan khandvi counterpart, especially the topping and seasoning. hence you may use besan and follow the same step and procedure to prepare a different besan khandvi. lastly, in this recipe, i have used wheat flour as the binding agent. you may also use maida or plain flour for the same purpose.

finally, i request you to check my other related breakfast recipes collection with this post of masaledar lehsuni suji rolls. it mainly includes my other types of recipes like stuffed dosa, aate ka nasta, coconut dosa, aloo dosa, corn pancake, avalakki rotti, dosa batter, upma 3 ways, bread dosa, vegetable pancake. further to these i would also like to add some more additional recipe categories like,
