in addition, some tips, suggestions and variations for a perfectly balanced pudina paneer tikka recipe. firstly, the paneer for this recipe has to be moist, fresh and juicy. hence i would recommend to use homemade ones or make sure to buy a fresh one from your local grocery store. secondly, i have used a grill pan to grill the paneer which should be a thrifty and hassle-free option. yet if you want to make it in a traditional oven, you should be able to make it. lastly, once the paneer is rested, it would turn hard making it less flavoured and tasty. hence, it is recommended to serve these immediately once it is prepared.
